I've been thinking of writing this blog for a while, but for whatever reason (probably procrastination), it's never materialized until now. I love anything to do with needlework: knitting, crochet, embroidery, sewing, quilting, etc. You name it, I'm there, eager to learn. So far, I've successfully conquered knitting and crochet and a bit of sewing and embroidery, but others, not so much. I'd like this blog to serve as a place where I can share links that'll help others in their search for things to do with knitting and crochet: what kind of needles to buy, yarn, yarn weights, projects, and so on. When I pick up the needle and yarn, it feels like a whole new world opening up with colors and patterns dancing around, waiting to be picked up. I'd like to thank all those from whom I picked up skills on the wonderful internet. This blog is my contribution to the awesome knitting and crochet community out there. I hope I'm able to inspire others as they have inspired me: to create beautiful and wondrous things out of a simple yarn. It's a magical process!
